cherry on top

Recently I have been so honoured, in that my blog has been given two awards! This has made me so happy and I would like to thank Crochetie and Gracie very much.

I have only been sewing for almost three months now and I really feel I have discovered my vocation in life. I was very unsure about starting a blog and posting up my creations at first, however everyone has been so kind and supportive that it has definitely inspired me to continue. So thank you everyone who reads my blog and writes lovely comments! Much appreciated ^.^

Anyway, I thought I would post one award this week, and then one next week. Today is the Cherry on Top Award, which has been given to me by Crochetie, so particular thanks to her.

As you may have noticed, I just love everything she makes and find her blog very inspirational. If you don’t already read it, go go go and be inspired by her feminine clothes!

This was taken during an of Montreal concert I went to last Summer with my great friend Reina (hence the poor lighting). That day was so amazing, for so many reasons, and this photo just reminds me of the best times.
